Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes. Every product photo is taken of a real unit from our inventory. Minor variations in color tone or natural wood grain may occur due to photography lighting and handmade finishes. If you receive an item that looks materially different from the listing, contact support@demeris.us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

An order confirmation with your receipt is emailed to you automatically the moment your payment is captured. You can also find all past receipts by logging into your account and opening the My Account → Orders page. If you checked out as a guest and cannot locate the email, contact us with the email address and approximate date of purchase and we will resend it.

How can I return an item?

Email support@demeris.us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for return. We will reply within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address. Please review our Refund and Returns Policy for full eligibility and timing details.

Will you restock items indicated as "out of stock"?

Most items are restocked within 2–4 weeks, but some seasonal or limited-run products are retired permanently. Sign up for back-in-stock notifications on the product page, or email support@demeris.us with the product name and we will let you know the expected restock date.

Where can I ship my order?

We ship to all 50 U.S. states (including Alaska and Hawaii) as well as U.S. territories. Select international destinations are also available at checkout. For estimated delivery windows, carrier options, and restrictions, please review our Shipping Policy. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us — we may be able to arrange a custom shipping quote.
