Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy describes how Demeris Systems LLC, operating the online store Raman Eclipse Solutions at ramaneclipsesolutionsllc.com, processes, ships, and delivers orders. Please read together with our Refund and Returns Policy and Terms & Conditions.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Most in-stock orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our warehouse.
2. Shipping Destinations
United States: We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO military addresses, and U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands).
International: Select international destinations are available at checkout. Delivery availability, costs, and times depend on the destination country and are displayed before you complete your order. If your country is not listed, please email support@demeris.us for a custom quote.
3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Transit Times

Transit times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may be longer during peak seasons, severe weather, or carrier disruptions.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, dimensions, and selected carrier service. Any applicable shipping promotions (such as free shipping over a threshold) will be shown automatically on your cart page.
5. Taxes, Duties, and Customs (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees assessed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. We cannot predict the amount; please check with your local customs office if you have questions before ordering. If a package is refused at customs or returned because duties were not paid, the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.
6. Tracking Your Order
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as a shipping label is generated. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update with the carrier. You can also view order status in My Account → Orders.
7. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate, complete, and deliverable shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, undeliverable location, or failure to collect, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipment costs. Please double-check your address at checkout.
8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Lost packages: If tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days (U.S.) or 30 business days (international), contact support@demeris.us so we can file a carrier trace. If the carrier declares the package lost, we will reship the order or issue a full refund.
Delivered but missing: If tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, first check with neighbors and any apartment office; then contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date for assistance.
Damaged packages: If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs before opening and email us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
9. Order Changes and Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible at support@demeris.us if you need to change or cancel an order. Once the order has been dispatched, changes are no longer possible and our standard Refund and Returns Policy applies.
10. Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for oversized items (such as furniture and lighting) that require a street address. Certain products may have regional shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulations; these will be noted on the product page.
